I get asked this question a lot these days.
I tell people, “You should cut out as much sugar from your diet as possible.”
My research shows that our bodies were never designed to process the massive amount of sugar most people consume.
Eat More Like A Neanderthal
This doesn’t make sense to others, as Neanderthals didn’t live long lives as we now desire to do.
Neanderthals had to protect themselves every day from wild animals. Is that something you have to do?
“What about diseases?” I say, “When you get a disease, do you march yourself off to a cave where you lay down and die? Or go see a doctor.”
Little by little, they start to get it.
Eat More Like A Neanderthal
If you haven’t, listen to this:
If you’re regularly taking any medication—blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, whatever it is—there’s only one reason for that.
The medical establishment wants to keep you alive so you can eat more poison.
That poison is sugar.
Our bodies were never designed to eat the quantities most people currently do.
They were designed, by and large, to eat meat and leafy green vegetables. That’s about it.
Anything else can ruin your body. Sugar causes inflammation, which in turn can cause disease.
